Case Study: Modern Funding Explainer Video

Challenge

Modern Funding based in Boston, MA, focuses on commercial real estate loan financing starting at $500,000.  They take the guesswork (and a few of the headaches) out of securing a commercial real estate loan and have simplified the loan application process.  The company wanted to produce an engaging and informative animated “explainer” video to promote the advantages of their unique services as they rolled out their services.  The video would be a key element of the company’s website and a key part of their content marketing strategy.  Modern Funding chose Blue Wave for this important project.

Solution

Blue Wave specializes in the production of website “explainer” videos for our clients, and we recommended an upbeat, short (1:20) graphic animated video to highlight the features and benefits of Modern Funding’s commercial real estate loan services.   We helped write the script, cast and recorded the voiceover talent, created the storyboards, produced the 2D motion graphics, produced the audio mix with stock music and created the video to be featured on the front page of Modern Funding’s website.   The video has been well received and is an important aspect of the site’s content marketing and SEO.
