Case Study: Nestlé® Recruiting Marketing Campaign


Nestlé®, a client of TMP Worldwide, was seeking a way to promote the advantages and benefits of working at Nestle for their employee recruiting initiatives. Nestlé is the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company. The company manufactures baked goods, milk flavorings, soups, refrigerated pasta, beverages, juices, jams, baby food, frozen meals, coffee creamers, cat food and desserts. Good Food, Good Life is the promise Nestlé commits to everyday, everywhere. Working with TMP Worldwide, a leading resourcing business that helps organizations hire and retain the right people by leveraging their employer brands, they were seeking an experienced, creative and dynamic video production company to produce a series of recruiting videos, and they chose Blue Wave.


Blue Wave brought unique experience producing high quality employee recruiting videos for our other national and global clients, and we know that producing personal stories about happy employees is the most effective strategy. We developed and produced a series of six short (approx. 1 minute) videos featuring the stories of actual employees at Nestlé located in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Shot on location, we interviewed six featured employees and had them tell their unique stories, and we produced two Cleveland area videos to give prospective employees a feel for the local environment. Our clients – Nestlé and TMP – were thrilled with the quality of the video productions and the creative work Blue Wave produced.
