Case Study: Monument Wealth Partners Company


Monument Wealth Management is an independent Asset Management and Private Wealth Planning firm. Four partners came together from Wall Street to set up their own boutique Wealth Management firm. Having over 50 years combined experience in financial planning; each partner has an equal share of the company. To obtain more clients, they needed to set themselves apart from the large corporations associated with Wall Street, and promote themselves as a more personable and trustworthy Wealth Management group.

Blue Wave noted that the smaller feel of the boutique was ideal for attracting clients seeking a personable experience with skilled financiers.


Blue Wave knew that the best way to promote Monument Wealth Management to gain clients would be to introduce each of the partners on a personal level. This was to be achieved through making five short videos: One overview video introducing the Monument Wealth Managements team and four short videos focusing on each individual partner at Monument.

Each video had to go beyond just an introduction of the main players at Monument, they also had to tell a compelling story that not only would be captivating to potential clients, but also show each partner’s unique strengths and ability to relate to the client. This was achieved by creating an interview style video mixed with appealing lifestyle shots.

The videos focused on other components of the four partners individual lives, and how their own lives would reflect their work ethic as well as justify their enjoyment of working with clients and wealth management. Combining this story telling approach with professional production value through the videos would convey the core message to Monument Wealth’s potential clients.
